Crimea doesn't pay

Color me surprised that a google search doesn't turn up more articles on the current situation that reference Bob Hope's famous:

This is Bob 'Command Performance' Hope telling each Nazi that's in Russia today that Crimea doesn't pay.

Granted, I only know about this because of the ubiquitous Auld Lang Syne: The Millennium Mix.  But still.  Maybe we're all just nervous that each Russian that's in the Ukraine today will make Crimea pay.
